5. Meritage Sales' Hostile Phone Call and My Alleged Accusers

My husband and I moved into our new home in the Willow community of Meritage's Live Oak development in Redlands in late February 2025.  Despite the fact that we were the only residents residing in our particular motor court, we started having issues related to egress/ ingress from/ to our garage early on.   A little over 2 weeks after moving in, on the afternoon of March 18, 2025, I sent a text message to our Customer Service representative, Hector Estrada, regarding two vehicles that were parked at the end of the motor court directly in front of our garage.  I explained that this was the second such incident and requested assistance.  Mr. Estrada was able to phone the individuals who were blocking egress from our garage and get them to move their two vehicles to the street.   Though irrelevant, at the time, we erroneously assumed that these individuals were Meritage employees since they were not using the garage attached to the property which they wer...

We have confirmed that the Bergamot Community HOA  has not contracted with a towing company contrary to requirements per Section 4.28 of the CC&Rs... excuse provided by HOA's legal counsel: time, cost, effort required.  Do not have info as to who dropped the ball - i.e., Board or Keystone.  2.  Per IDR on 8/11/25, Keystone is in process of obtaining towing contract and vehicle-code conforming signage to address motor court parking issues; unable to obtain an ETA. 3.
