Facebook group posts allude to 03/20/25 board meeting call that may not have been initiated by the Keystone and/ or the Meritage-controlled Board.  We inquired about this during IDR on 08/11/25; the Secretary of the HOA Board, Nick Harris, insisted that the call took place despite T. Levin's comment that the Host never started the meeting. Meeting minutes indicate that 2 homeowners participated in the call.


Spring 2025 (?) Facebook Post -  Group's moderator had to call out the unknown individual who maliciously revealed my name in a group in which posts are meant to be anonymous

Our Violations Log lists motor court parking incidents in the Willow community from mid-March 2025 to the Present Day.  To reiterate, we started documenting unpermitted motor court parking after repeated incidents of blocked ingress/ egress to/ from our garage and, incredibly, being accused of business interference and harassment and threatened with arrest by Meritage for telling potential buyers, vendors, and/ or other visitors they were NOT allowed to park in the motor court (and most certainly NOT in front of our garage).     UPDATE (01/23/26) :  Ahead of anticipated litigation, our Violations Log is no longer being shared, though we will be displaying a list of the Top 09 Motor Court Violators in the Willow community dating back to April 2025 when we first started documenting violations in connection to motor court parking.  Based on our evidence, it is evident that the developer-controlled HOA has not been enforcing motor court parking rules given that...

TOP 09 MOTOR COURT PARKING VIOLATORS (Willow)

Our reports regarding unpermitted motor court parking activity in the Willow community have been ignored by the HOA/ Management since April 2025 when we started submitting these.  As such, this year, in an attempt to address the issue and educate our neighbors, we decided to issue Cease & Desist letters to the Top 9 violators.  A few of these homeowners have refused to comply (from our perspective, out of total ignorance), so we were forced to escalate with demands for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).  It is astonishing to have discovered that anyone would forgo an opportunity to mediate and engage in ADR, thereby willingly exposing themselves to a lawsuit.    It has been frustrating to see that, in combination with a developer-controlled HOA board that has little interest in enforcing its own CC&Rs, a few households can cause so much trouble.  Moreover, it has been disappointing to see that, even after being informed of the CC&R rules that...
