Pursuant to CC&R Section 4.28, ... The Association shall enforce its respective parking restrictions by all lawful means, including... towing of any violating vehicle. The Association shall contract with a towing company to remove vehicles that violate the no parking restrictions and shall provide the Owners with a telephone number to report violations."
- What is the phone number for the towing company to report vehicles that are improperly parked in the motor courts?
Pursuant to Section 7.1.2 of the Rules + Regulations, Each Owner shall keep in his/her garage readily available for parking of permitted vehicles and
shall not store any goods or materials therein, nor use any portion of the garage for a workshop
or other use if such storage or use would prevent said Owner from parking the number of
vehicles therein for which said garage was originally designed and constructed. Each garage in
the community holds a minimum of two vehicles and shall be used for said vehicles.
- When will the HOA start enforcing garage parking rules so that we may have street parking for guests and trash bins (ahead of trash pick-up days)?
- What is the process for obtaining a variance (exception) to Sec 7.1.2 when one's vehicle(s) is/ are too large to park in one's respective garage?
Pursuant to Section 7.1.3 of the Rules + Regulations, All Vehicles must be registered with the Association. The Association reserves the right to
conduct garage inspections as may be necessary from time to time to ensure the rightful use of
the garage as the primary parking space for vehicles belonging to occupants of any Residence.
- Where do we register our vehicles?
- Is recreation permitted in the motor courts? If so, does this not represent a potential liability to the HOA and nuisance to neighbors?
- Where can we obtain a copy of the most recently adopted Fine Schedule?
- Why is the Meritage-controlled HOA not complying with Records Requests?
- What happened to the quarterly newsletters we were supposed to be receiving from Management? Why is there such little communication?
